VELAURA is conceptualized as a premium contemporary residence that harmoniously integrates diverse functional requirements within a compact site context. The spatial organization follows a zoned hierarchy — the ground floor accommodates semi-private domains such as the Guest living, Home theatre, and Swimming pool area with Deck and Parking spaces with Thinnai; the first floor is curated as the private residential zone for the family; and the second floor houses children’s interactive and recreational spaces. The design employs an open-plan spatial configuration, promoting visual continuity and spatial fluidity across levels. Strategic placement of balconies, voids, and fenestrations ensures optimal natural light, cross-ventilation, and lakefront connectivity, achieving a refined balance between aesthetic sophistication, spatial efficiency, and experiential comfort.
